    Always a wonderful experience with outstanding food and service. Our Server - Julius - is a great asset to your Staff. This is one of our "go-to" places in Houston - and, its literally up the Street a block away from our home !

    This was my first time eating here and it was amazing. I had dinner party for my 60th birthday and it was a very enjoyable experience. The food the atmosphere and service were stellar I will definitely be back definitely a 5 star experience .

    The restaurant was louder than normal. We sat near a large table of people. My wife’s red snapper was bland and was not flakey…not what I have would have expected from past experience. My cider glazed pork chop was somewhat dry and did not have much flavor, notwithstanding the cider glaze. The raspberry sorbet was very good and generous. The service was alright. I normally go to this McCormick & Schmicks for lunch and have for over 20 years. Generally, the food is very good and the restaurant is quiet enough that it is easy to have a conversation, which is important to me. I was disappointed and am cancelling a dinner I had planned for this next week. I like McCormick & Schmicks, but was disappointed this evening.

    We''ve visited McCormick and Schmick's a few time in recent months, to try the appetizers and sharables. We particularly enjoy the Claim Chowder, salads, and the Upside Down Appie Pie to share for dessert. There is a nice selection of wines, cocktails, and 'mocktails', with some seasonal offerings as well.

    Party of 20 turned into 12 however the servers quickly accommodated us. Service was great and the food was amazing. I will definitely be back!
