Exactly what you would expect from a chain hotel restaurant - food was good, but calling this a steak and seafood house is a stretch. Must say the staff were very courteous and helpful (unlike what other reviewers experienced). Stick with the pastas dishes, and skip the appetizers.

Had to repeat every item of our order several times so the waitress can get it. Calamari was very thin not like typical thicker calamari. Steak was overly salty. The pasta and drinks were great! Service was fast.

It just wasn’t good. If you go in expecting a diner, you’ll be okay. If you expect fine dining because of the table clothes, you’re going to be disappointed. The filet was one of the toughest, fattiest pieces of meat I’ve ever eaten. The mashed potatoes just tasted weird. The asparagus was very tasty- the only saving grace of this meal.

Awful... Despite our having a reservation, they put us at a table for 6-8 when there was only 2 of us. Server took our order then ignored us for an hour which is how long it took for the food to be served. No bread, and no refills on our water. The salad was half frozen, and the steak was cheap and fatty. Lastly, they automatically add a 20% tip (I'm guessing because people often don't want to tip owing to the awful food and service), and they have a bill that's confusing as they add a section as if they haven't already taken a tip to try to get you to give them even more. oh, and they also charged a credit card fee. As I said, awful.

This was a disappointing experience. When we arrived at the restaurant it wasn't very busy. They seemed to be short staffed and it seemed there may have been only one other server. After we ordered we asked if we could have some bread. We waited when we saw our server finally cone with bread she took it to the table next to us that had bern seated well after the time we were seated and ordered. The food was not very flavorful. I had the Canadian Chicken it seemed interesting in the menu but when it came it was an overcooked breaded chicken cutlet with a green sauce over it that had no taste. The potato straws were ad if they opened a package of potato sticks and added it to the dish. One of my companions had the fish which was also overcooked. None of the dishes were presented very attractively. When we ordered coffee one of my companions ordered a soda instead which never came although we were charged for it. On our way out one of my companions saw a table of done one they knew Their acquaintances ordered but never received their order but since like us they were going to a shoe at NjPAC they ended up leaving without getting served. All in all it was not a pleasant ecperience

Skip this restaurant. We've tried twice, both experiences mirrored each other. The food was okay, nothing special. The service was horrible, both times. Once seated and ordered the food takes an extremely long time to arrive. Three times the severs came to our table with food for other tables before we received ours. Some tables were served quicker than others. During our seating, many diners were expecting the same issues. It was a bonding moment for us all lol. The food was just ok, not good, that's for sure.

This is a great location for a pre show or pre game dinner at Prudential. Menu is extensive and service excellent.

My husband and I chose the restaurant since it was near NJPAC. But even if they delivered the food to my seat at the concert it would not be worth it. The menu had few choices, none that appealed to us. The food we chose was awful, penne vodka with chicken chunks. We passed on dessert based on the entree. The waiter had difficulty finding the right tables for the food he was delivering. The couple next to us received only one entree. They had to remind their waiter that the wife had ordered both a salad and an entree. At another table someone ordered a steak. For a steakhouse, this steak looked like it was sliced by a cold cut machine. The noise level reached deafening levels. The atmosphere was comparable to a train station. Just awful.
