   We had decent food, Main waiter had an attitude . We inquired about a coat check when we were being seated and told you would only need a coat one week of the year in North Texas. He never offered us bread. Took a long time to get my cocktail.

   We had the pleasure of dining at Mercury Chophouse in Arlington, TX, last night with our adult children, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambience was outstanding—elegant, inviting, and perfect for a special evening. The food was absolutely top-notch, with every dish prepared to perfection, showcasing the quality and care that defines a truly great steakhouse. However, the real highlight of our evening was Kacey, our server. Kacey delivered perhaps the best service we’ve ever experienced in any restaurant. Her attentiveness, knowledge, and warm personality elevated our meal to another level. She anticipated every need, made excellent recommendations, and ensured that our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Without a doubt, we will absolutely return to Mercury Chophouse. If you’re looking for an exceptional meal paired with world-class service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

   ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL. When people ask about food recommendations, this place is always on the list. I had Danielle this last time and she was so sweet and funny..gave her favorite recommendations for lunch and dinner (I have yet to dine for lunch..always dinner but that will change). They could NEVER make me hate Mercury! 10/10. P.S. thank you for making my friend's birthday so sweet and intimate. He truly was blown away by the food and the sincere customer service.

   our server spoke to soft and we were kinda close to the pianianst and there were others around us a little loud. i had to ask for refills on tea, ask for sweet and low and lemons was not asked. did not be very attentive for a slow night i guess. the food was not great at all steak was dry, and my cheese ravioli was not great some of them didn't seem that cooked (didn't taste fresh made) was not asked if i wanted fresh grated parmesan nothing.

   First waiter acted like he didn’t want to help me. I waited for 13 mins before he brought me a drink menu. Than waited another 20 mons for him to come take our order. I spoke with the manager and got a different waiter. Cody was the 2nd person to come help me and the service was top notch. If you go to this place ask for Cody he will take care of you

   Nice view, good wine by the glass selection, pear salad and chicken breast were very good. Steaks are always top notch

    It's pricey. Our booth was near the kitchen door, and the constant thudding sound from the servers walking in and out was annoying.
