   great option in the theater district which feels very limited for anything decent other than overpriced mediocre Italian food. Great space, good energy, attentive staff that stays on top of the timing to get you out the door for your show. The fish/seafood is the draw and it doesn't disappoint. Nice menu with lots of options for everyone. I've been to other locations and the Theater District one is just as good as any of the others. Only negative-- and this is a weird one-- word of caution if you're wearing dark colors, the napkins leave you speckled with tons of white lint.

   Love the Mermaid Oyster Bar, our goto place as we know we can get great timely service, atmosphere and drinks. Our food was and always has been excellent.

   Excellent food and service! Happy hour menu is an added plus. This is my go to when seeing a play. Consistently great! Never disappoints!

   The food was crazy good, and they were so kind in taking care of my food allergies. Melvin, our server, was top notch. He was kind, attentive and helpful. Thank you Melvin for creating an experience that was impeccable!

   Service was slow,, wrong orders were delivered, wait time was long. They also stop serving happy hour appetizers at 5:30, which are really the only shareable appetizers on the menu

    We always sit at table 65 which is in the back and quieter than the front especially during happy hour. John was a great waiter. He was attentive and gave us perfect description of the dishes and wine.
