Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email reservations@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

    Join us for New Year's Eve dinner at Merriman's Maui! We are offering a 3 course prix fixe menu at $225 per person. All of our tables offer stunning ocean views. Tables will be seated from front to back, so we recommend booking our 4pm seating if your table location is very important to you. Location requests cannot be guaranteed. We will hold a table for you for 15 minutes past the reservation time. We ask that you limit your experience with us to 2 hours as a courtesy to the people waiting to be seated. If your plans should change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will incur a $225 no show fee.

      Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. My daughter and I got the fish special, which was over cooked and cold when served. My husband and son got the filet and ribeye, both lacked seasoning and flavor - and was also cold when it was served. We were seated in the bar area at a long table near the bathrooms, front door and at the end of the bar - lots of traffic and definitely took away from the experience. The only positive I can give for our $550 bill was the view and the service. Our waitress was very friendly and we walked around while waiting for our food to get a peek at the view - it was beautiful.

      The service and food was top notch! I had the Macadamia Crusted Mahi. It was amazing. The cesar salad with fresh anchovies was great and the bread with the bruschetta and oil dipping sauce was sooooo good!

      Our dinner was excellent and the waitstaff were very attentive! Two people in our party have dairy and gluten allergies. I noted these allergies when I made the reservation. Our waiter was aware of these allergies and made many wonderful recommendations without our guests having to ask for gluten and dairy free options. Lastly, the restaurant is beautiful!
