Mesa Grill Sedona is a southwest style grill serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily as well as Brunch on the weekends. Our menu features numerous classics such as Eggs Benedict & Huevos Ranchers for breakfast, Carolina Pulled Pork Barbecue, Shrimp & Grits and Salmon Asada are some lunch-time favorites as well as Fish & Chips, St. Louis style Pork Ribs, hand-cut Steak & fresh Seafood for dinner. We feature vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices and offer a Doggie Menu for our furry friends which are welcome on our enclosed patio. We have a full bar and feature some amazing signature cocktails, local beers on tap and a fabulous selection of wines from around the world, all surrounded by the beautiful red rock of Sedona. There is an outdoor fire pit where you can enjoy the breathtaking views and a cocktail or do some amazing star gazing after dinner. Reservation Encouraged for all meal periods.

Located atop Airport Mesa, we are the only event venue in Sedona without a noise restriction, so you can dance the night away under the stars.

Dinner at sunset. Salmon, trout & petite filet were perfectly prepared & delicious. Staff was attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend.

Mesa Grill was recommended to my husband and I during our trip to Sedona. We got to enjoy the sunset and then proceeded to the restaurant for our anniversary dinner. Food portions were huge so we left with full bellies & hearts! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Sedona!

We were there early evening and had pulled pork tacos, wedge salad and sidewinder fries. All very good! The view was not exactly what we expected, but still nice. Service was excellent!

We recently visited with our 2 little boys and they were so accommodating for our family! Our toddler had the time of his life watching the planes take off. Breakfast was also delicious! We cannot wait to visit when we come back!

Our waiter, Carlos, was on point out whole dining experience. The food was amazing. We had the calamari, ceiveche, crab stack for appetizer; fish and chips for main. It was my birthday and he brought out the chocolate creme burle with a candle. I thought the burley would be warm however it was the cold version which I was not of fan of texture. Overall excellent senu casual dinner. Thanks for a wonderful time. We will be back.

Had non-tipical experience with the ribs they were very tuff and had to leave them. Management appoligised and refunded the cost showing they care about their customers. This is unusual I've had good meals here and service is great.
