   This was our first time here and I had heard good things....well, as the star rating says "energetic" or noisy. Not relaxing and somewhat difficult to have a conversation. We ordered a Cadillac margarita and it wasn't too bad but not the best. The chips and salsa tasted great! For our meal we had some fish tacos and the mexican eggrolls. Unfortunately, the fish tacos smelled TOO fishy and after one bite we both decided that we weren't going to eat it and the egg rolls were just so, so. The servers were attentive and very nice and also, they were kind enough to not charge for the tacos. We were asked if we wanted anything else and at that point we were done. I'm not sure we will go there again.

   My family and I have dined here several times. Today as always the service was 5 star however the food was a disappointment with only a 3 star. The bathrooms are 0 stars as they were filthy.

   This was our third time coming to Mezcaluna in the last year or so. Our first visit we thought the food and drinks were very good. Second time we came with friends and thought it was pretty okay. This time …. a disappointment. We had Mexican Egg Rolls each time. It seems the quality decreases with each visit. Last night there was hardly anything inside the eggrolls. We also had fish tacos which were very difficult to eat due how spicy they were (we love spicy, but this was extreme and from our recall - the degree wasn’t indicated on the menu.). The fish was also very fishy. It was a very uncomfortable eating experience. The fresh squeezed margaritas tasted very tinny as though some part of this was stored in metal. There are quite a few excellent Mexican restaurants around with great food at better prices. Mezcaluna’s adjacency to the mall makes it a good place to stop at while shopping for some but definitely not a destination restaurant in our opinion.
