   Amazing food and environment but our server was being pulled in all directions and did not have enough time to check in on us after the food was brought. I ended up asking other servers and food runners for assistance. He was great but he definitely needed more hands on deck

   We decided to try this place even though there were bad reviews. The place we planned on going was booked and we wanted to go somewhere close to our comedy show. The server was really nice and attentive our receipt says Damaris but not sure if that was her name. We had a party of 8 and our bill was almost $700. 2 people got the carne asada and said it was over cooked and tough. One person got the carne asada tacos and said it had a lot of cartilage and fat. I got the pasta bacanora and I liked it but I ended up having to share it with my dad who got the halibut for $45 and could not eat it bc it was so salty it was inedible. I will say the ceviche was really good the elote’s were not good. Drinks were ok but super pricey. The food took a while and made us pressed for time since we were heading to a comedy show so we payed as soon as our food came and before my dad even tried his halibut. The server did offer to give him another food item to go which was not comparable in price and would sit in a car for 2 hours. I would not recommend this place and won’t be coming back. The server was really nice though.

   The number of diners exceeds the number of waiters and probably the number of cooks. The taste of the food was excellent.

   Food was good but the service was slow and unfriendly. The serving plates had stains on them and were still wet. We wiped them clean using our napkins. The staff took a long time to clear the table between courses and we waited over 15min to get our check. 4* for food but below 2* for everything else.

   Nice ambience and energy, but the food was pretty mediocre and the wait time was long. Servers friendly, but not attentive to the fact that there were no appetizer plates or silverware set up at our table. Waited 25 minutes for my cocktail. Chips and guacamole came before we had napkins. Tacos dorados were good, ceviche was awful. Totally flavorless and did not come with chips or tortillas. Definitely will not go back here or recommend.

   2nd time going here. We went a weekend prior and absolutely fell in love with the place so we decided to go the following weekend and to be honest I was so disappointed. Waitress kept forgetting us and forgetting to bring what we asked for . The music I love love but man the noise level was ridiculously loud! We could not talk to one another at a normal level. Food was delicious but the rest of the experience tbis time around makes me question if I would return.

    It's a shame, I had high hopes for this place. We arrived and were seated quickly, as we had a reservation. But then it took 30 minutes for anyone to even come to our table to pour our water, let alone order anything. It would have taken longer, but one of our guests got up from our table to go ask the host to send someone over. It then took another 10 minutes to get our drinks and longer again for them to take our food order. We were well over an hour in before our food arrived, and then no one came back to check on us - not to refill waters, not to take more drink orders, nothing. We had to get up from our table multiple times during the meal to track someone down when we needed something - to go boxes, another cocktail and finally the check. During the meal we also just snagged the water pitcher that was sitting near by to refill out waters. Over all, we were all extremely disappointed and underwhelmed by the entire experience. Highlight - the ceviche. But sadly, we will not return.
