Mignonette is Miami's favorite Oyster Bar -- brought to you by Chef Daniel Serfer and Ryan Roman. Named one of the 50 Best Seafood Restaurants in the Country [by Tasting Table], Mignonette features superior selections of Oysters (flown in daily), Seafood, Prime Meats and Veggies. Chef Daniel Serfer, a Miami native, opened his first restaurant, Blue Collar, in January 2012. Frequented by locals and visitors alike, Blue Collar offers American comfort food in a casual setting. Drawing on the success of Blue Collar, Mignonette provides a fun environment where patrons can enjoy a dozen oysters, a bottle of champagne, classic seafood preparations like Oysters Rockefeller and Clams Casino, and a Fancy shellfish tower. Serfer is proud to bring a unique oyster bar experience to the local guests who have made Blue Collar so popular.

    Such a cute little restaurant! The ambiance, food and service were all great. Our server was very attentive and worked with us on feeding our 3 kids. We are from Alabama and if ever back in Miami we would definitely be back!

    Fresh seafood! Crab cakes and cornbread are a must have. Grouper and Snapper were fresh! Would definitely go again.

    I love this restaurant. Their roasted chicken is so good (to lick your fingers). The branzino was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Their chips are crispy and delicious. So many excellent veggies’ options to choose from. I had the brocollini and my husband had the fríed Roman artichokes. So yummy! The service was excellent. Can’t wait to come back.

    My server was very sweet but seemed overwhelmed. I waited quite awhile for him to come take my drink order. After I finished eating it took just as long to get my check - I had an empty water glass and plate had been cleared and credit card sitting on the table for what seemed like a solid 15mins. It seemed like he was the only sever in the whole place and was also training someone. Hoping it was just an unexpected off night.

    Amazing food!!!! We have been fortunate to go to many of the world’s best restaurants. Mignonette is not in the sexiest area or building - but the food is some of the best we’ve ever had! Going there again tonight!!
