   Whether it was the kitchen or wait staff, food was slow in coming , and ultimately only warm. Both our food and beverages went to the wrong table. Food was delicious and server was pleasant.

   Food took a long time. Food was cold. Two orders sent back. We’ve been there several times, probably won’t go back.

   Server was great! Food - was warm not hot. I ordered the burger with bacon and fries - fries were luke warm. Burger had way too much bbq sauce on it - killed the flavour of the burger which would have been good otherwise. Friend ordered the Chicken sandwich - bun was split on the bottom so fell apart. We were off to the theatre so didn't make a fuss. Milestones is dressed up like a higher end restuarant with pub grub. We have a theatre subscribtion so will be checking out other options for the next shows.

   We were seated for our reservation promptly and friendly service overall but wait times were long - we could see our drinks sitting on the bar for well over 10 minutes. We finished our apps and waited well over 10 minutes before cleared and entrees came more than another 10 minutes after that. Our order included three portions of the 7oz steak dinners and they were all same thickness but very different size portions. The experience was fine but I would say underwhelming at best.

   Will definitely be back! Food was excellent. Hoping will have a better selection of non-California wines by then.

   Dinner for my sister's birthday was a real disappointment. It started with out-of-stock wine and two attempts to rectify our drinks orders. Then, when the wine I ordered came in a brandy glass, I was informed they had no wine glasses available. The meal was okay. Then I hoped Milestones would offer my sister some dessert to celebrate her birthday, but none was offered. At a dinner bill over $230, I was expecting more. I would not recommend this Milestones Grill + Bar at the Eaton Centre; I'm sure many other dining options in that area can provide much better service.

    We were there for dinner prior to a show and our experience was excellent! Our waiter was exceptional and he made us the best martini. We have noticed a significant change in the overall service at the restaurant for the better over the last year and really enjoy our time there
