   My boyfriend and I had our two year anniversary dinner here, it was his first time and my second time eating at Milestones. We waited an hour and half for our food, the food tasted okay but both of our plates were cold. If we are paying almost 28$ per dish the food should not be cold and should not take almost 2 hours for our meals. The bathrooms were dirty, the garbage was overflowing, the toilets were leaking and the soap dispenser were all broken or empty. Honestly it wasn’t worth the price, I could have went to any other restaurant downtown Kingston and had a better time. The only positive thing I could say is about our server, she was very nice and apologetic for the wait. We won’t be eating nor recommending this place to anyone.

   Absolutely horrible experience. Nearly 2 hour wait for food and when it came,, was terrible. Overcooked steak. Wrong sides.. soggy bruschetta. And a completely useless and inattentive manager. Every table with the same complaint. Unless you have 3 hours to spend on overpriced and poorly cooked food, stay far away from this restaurant.

   When we first received our menus part of it was missing. Our waitress quickly remedied the situation, pointed out the happy hour specials. Our meals were delicious. Having special dietary requirements, I had a choice of meals which doesn't happen very often. I will definitely return.

   The waitress tried but the kitchen let her down it was slow and when the food came out it wasn’t hot , one of our parties eggs was in fact cold we didn’t send back as we had waited so long for it to come out in first place and the food game out slowly in stages so some were eating before others. When we went to leave the debit machines were having an issues. We feel really sorry for the waitress how was trying her best the manager/ hostess’s came by asking how our food was when we just received it and never came back After stating she would be back never saw her again Again the waitress tried but the rest let her down

   A great meal at a good price (date night package). Went for a birthday supper and the birthday girl got a free dessert.

   It was a overall a poor experience that evening. Believe management did not gauge the proper of staffing required for a event night next door. waited 1.5 hours then we had to leave prior to the food arriving. Our hostess was excellent in a difficult suitation. She kept us informed but the cooking staff was having an off event. Oct 13 6pm in Kingston. Several other parties had the same experience. So not a failure, just a learning. Pervious outings at milestone were excellent. Cheers Fred

   Hot fries and cold rib trio. Medium rate steak was rare ! 25minutes for drinks .Needs big improvement before we return.

   Ai essayé le Brûlé burger qui était très bon ! Un peu déçu par les frites au parmesan mais sauvées par une trempette à l'ail très bonne. Excellent service de notre serveuse expérimentée mais la nourriture a pris plus de 30 minutes pour sortir de la cuisine alors que le restaurant se vidait.

    Service was very very slow. We asked for fries and sever sold us on Parmesan they didn’t come out. We out for the fries regular fries came out. Took about 10 mins for server to come to the table when we got there. Drinks took 15 mins every time. Son ordered rice with meal got fries. Ordered cookie sundae for kids only got ice cream. Food was great just service was lacking. Washroom was dirty and one stall was out of order and 2 have no toilet roll.
