    We had a very nice time at Milestone. The food was delicious. Service was a bit slow. It seemed like they were understaffed in the area where we were sitting. Prices are quite high but it was a special occasion so we splurged.

    Really enjoyed the ambience. The service was excellent and the food was great. Too bad this place is in a concrete wasteland but worth the trip.

    I reserved a table for a team lunch. It’s the second time I’ve brought my work group to this location and once again I was less than happy with the meal and service. My group showed up in two groups, the hostess didn’t even bother to show the second group to the table, so we wandered a bit before we found our colleagues. Glassware was dirty and coffee served cold. The rest of the food was decent, but the service is just not great for a Milestones and frankly the cost of the food. I don’t think we will return here, Smash down the street is comparably priced and much better service.

    The staff were friendly, but it seemed as if they were understaffed. It did take a while for a server to take an order, and the orders took a while to come out, either from the kitchen and the bar. The food was consistent with what we've experienced in the past.

    Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. We were a table of 16. It took us over 30 minutes to get a drink. Second drinks were ordered and never came. One steak was rare, two kids burgers were under cooked. Wrong ordered were sent out. We got charged for an extra steak dinner. And on top of that we had to pay for a 20% gratuity which was not deserved.

    We had a very good birthday dinner with our grandson. The service was excellent and accommodating. The prices were a bit high although the selection was good providing food in a a range of prices. The food tasted great but portions were a bit modest. The washrooms are clean.
