   the restaurant was pretty empty but wait staff didn't check often enough to see if we wished to order. Granted our group was discussing business and said we needed more time but when we were finally ready to order on one seemed available . we did flag someone down though (not our server) and the food came relatively soon after ordering. the food was quite good.

   A table of 4 people, no appies and no dessert (had to get it to go) and it took 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. It took 1/2 hour to get drinks and then almost an hour to get our food. One meal was incorrect and the waitress came out to question the guest about what he ordered. We were told it would be 10 mins to get the correct one, but it did come out in about one minute. The meal was fine, waitress was not attentive enough and we finally asked for dessert to go (which was ordered 20 mins earlier) because we had been sitting there for 2 1/2 hours and we were done at this point. Then it took forever to get the machine to pay. It wasn't that busy so maybe they were short staffed. We used the time to catch up with friends but we won't be going back to that location any time soon.

   Our server was never around. He brought us water after we already had our drinks. The food took over 30 min to get. One of our dishes came five min after everyone else’s. We had to ask for the cheque from the manager.

   Food was very good. Appetizer was a bit sparse for four people. Main course was just right. Dessert cheesecake could have been a bit bigger. We were seated in a booth, not a good choice, we looked like our chins were on the table. Very uncomfortable trying to eat, booths need repadding.

   Disappointing! We had a birthday party for our 10 year old granddaughter, we booked at 5.30 on a Sunday hopeful for a smooth service, it was quiet and the starters were fine, (chicken bites, shrimp and spinach dip), the menu looked fine but the long preparation time did not result in quality meals. Management did apologize and provided a partial refund, but it did not compensate for the overall disappointment.

   Great experience. I did book on like and asked for the bar seating but didn’t get it. The waiter was apologetic and I know these things has. I also mentioned when I booked on line it was for an Anniversary so thought maybe that would have been mentioned. Overall a nice night

   A Gem in Newmarket We recently dined at Milestones Newmarket and had an exceptional experience. The food was delicious, with every dish perfectly prepared. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were met throughout the meal. We were particularly impressed by the restaurant manager who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They checked in on us regularly, proactively attending to our requests/orders. We encountered a minor hiccup with a gift certificate, but the waiter and the manager were both incredibly helpful. The manager kept us informed about the resolution process and promptly contacted us once the issue was resolved. When we returned for a reimbursement, both the manager and his boss expressed sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Overall, Milestones Newmarket offers not only great food but also exceptional service. We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning in the future.

    Our waiter Adam was wonderful and attentive. The food was very good. Serve promptly and as desired we had a very nice evening and will definitely be back.
