   From the moment that you arrive at Millennium, you’re welcomed by a beautiful restaurant that is bright, simply decorated and smells delicious. I love sitting at the bar and chatting with the knowledgeable bartenders to help me decide what delicious drink I’ll order. The NYE dinner was perfectly proportioned and executed. Their homemade flat bread was perfect to soak up the flavors of the amuse buche. That was followed by a deconstructed soba salad with kimchi, seaweed, wood ear mushrooms, and a sesame seed dressing. The star of the night for me was the pressed mushroom on a bed of lentils and seitan. And the tres leches cake with all those delicate flavors.., swoon!

   Another fabulous dining experience as the year winds down. Millennium, and chef Eric, always get it right. Everyone at Millennium goes above and beyond to make your dining experience the best it can be. Thank you Millennium for another year of wonderful, creative and delicious meals. I am so looking forward, with surprise and delight, to Millennium 's unique and scrumptious 2025 menu offerings. What a gem!

   We are so fortunate to have a restaurant like Millenium here in the Bay Area. The quality of the food and ingredients are amazing, the creativity in the dishes astounding, and the atmosphere and service fantastic. So grateful to be able to go there.

   We discovered the beautiful back patio. Even though it was raining, it was warm and comfortable. The service was attentive and welcoming, and the food was spectacular as ever. Can’t wait to return.

   We had a 7pm reservation and got seated at 7:20. We didn’t get any food until almost 8pm. By 8:15 we had only eaten bread and pate and just got our salad after having to ask for it. We didn’t leave the restaurant until 9:15pm. Service was extremely slow. Food great but not sure if worth the looooong wait.

   The food had a creative concept. The food could have had more flavor. On the positive side, the dessert was delightful and well thought out, offering a glimpse of the potential the menu could achieve. The wine selection could benefit from better pairing suggestions to elevate the dining experience. Overall, while there were promising elements, the flavors need significant improvement to match the restaurant’s ambition.

    The staff were lovely. I got the impression that they were a little overworked, which meant we had to wait about 20 minutes before anyone took our order, but they certainly went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. One of the waitresses was able to change our reservation time when it was clear that traffic was worse than expected—she even found us a table, instead of the the bar reservation we had before. Really great service!
