It’s a cool concept where you grill your own main dish, however felt the food was pretty average. It was New Year’s Eve and super crazy busy so a bit noisier than we would have preferred. It would be nice to see them figure out how to control the cold air coming into the restaurant because it was really cold that evening and made the dining experience less than enjoyable. Our waiter was great!

Concept is fun, execution could be improved. Steaks were subpar quality for the price and grilling stations lacked adequate ingredients for cooking a really good steak at the price point of their steaks. Our daughter chose a filet priced at $53 which turned out to be pieces of filet wrapped in bacon and held together by skewers. For $53, we expected an actual filet, not steak tips. Service was good, but we definitely felt rushed, not so much by our actual server, but other employees . After having been there one hour, four different people came and asked if they could clear our plates or asked if we needed a box when there was clearly still steak on our plates and sides we were eating. We could understand if we had been there for 2 hours, but it had only been an hour and we had only had our steaks for 10 minutes after waiting for an open place at the grilling station. Also while we were there we witnessed two female employees exchanging hostile words right in front of our table. We were there on New Year’s Eve, so I’m sure that was a contributing factor as they were busy, but it still isn’t something we appreciated.

Fun night doing something a little different. Great energy, great value for money and super friendly waitstaff despite the super busy night. Definitely recommend!

The restaurant is not sanitary. The utensils used for patrons to cook their steaks are not cleaned between uses and there is large bowl of dirty utensils to chose from to cook your meat. Also same for sauces to brush onto raw meat.

Minturn CC is a fun stop when we are here skiing. Great meat in a fun environment. I would recommend adding a minute to each side above recommended to get desired results.

Don’t be fooled by the name country club. It’s more like an Elk’s Lodge. Everyone was very nice. Appetizers and ala carte sides arrived cold. The steaks we cooked ourselves were very good but not worth the price

Dinner for four adults was $340, two glasses of wine and one soft drink. Thought this was a little high-priced for a cook-you-own-food restaurant! Guess I'm slowly getting used to higher prices for everything!

Steaks were good and service was good. Interior is dated. Salad and side selections were mediocre. You have to want to cook your own meal - no option to have them cook it for you
