   We joined another couple for dinner on a Sunday night. We started out with a drink order; this place makes great dry vodka martinis! We split the Caesar salad which was delicious, and had two pastas, the bolognese and the carbonera-both were excellent! Finished off with a decadent chocolate dessert. Our friends enjoyed their dinner as well. Our server was great, very attentive and accommodating. This is one of our favorite Italian restaurants in the far western/northwestern suburbs. Wish we had one closer to us-Algonquin area would be perfect! Looking forward to returning.

   I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. The food was outstanding—every dish was a perfect blend of flavors, beautifully presented, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The service was equally impressive; the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. From start to finish, it was an unforgettable meal, and I’ll definitely be returning soon. Highly recommended!

   Fantastic food and service. The meatballs are the best and always our favorite way to start our meal. The Paloma Bergamo is also a delicious drink I enjoy every visit.

   Mio Modo in St. Charles is an absolute gem! The vodka pasta was rich and perfectly balanced, the white fish was cooked to perfection with amazing flavors, and the meatballs were simply out of this world—tender, flavorful, and unforgettable. Every dish was a star in its own right. The ambiance and service only added to the experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for exceptional Italian cuisine.

   One of my favorite restaurants! Food is excellent- especially the Pollo Milanese and the salad Francesca. Very attentive service - maybe a bit too much as several people wanted to clear plates when we were still slowly eating from them.

   Not staffed properly. Wait staff has too many tables to handle and can't give proper time at a table.. Our waiter was very friendly but just had too many tables to tend to. We waited a long time to order dinner and when we asked for more water or bread, it was forgotten. We did recieve the bread when our dinner was just shy of having plates removed. Not sure if we will return

   The pasta was excellent! Homemade and perfectly presented on plate. Service was less than pleasant. Plates were plopped down on the table without any flair as the server rushed off without a word. Bottle of wine was left on tabletop without a chiller. Coffee order was forgotten. Staff needs training on how to make the dining experience memorable.

   It was a little chilly sitting by the outside wall but the ambience and food made up for it. Will definitely come again. Loved the roasted beets, tortellini,salmon and some of the best tiramisu we’ve ever had.

    Amazing service- minor mistake with our meal that was quickly fixed and the manager personally apologized and made things right. Food was excellent, fun atmosphere and great servers and management. We will be back!
