    Creative dishes demonstrate how Peruvian Cuisine blends indigenous, Italian, Chinese and Japanese influences. The food is presented with flair. The wait staff is attentive. The cocktails are outstanding. Dining at Mistura made our trip to San Luis Obispo extra-special. The ambience is very energetic; this is not the place for a quiet, romantic dining experience. It is a lot of fun.

    Food was just ok…. $10 for a soft drink & 1 refill. Menu needs to be more specific on what to expect when it comes to top sirloin and refills.

    We had birthday dinner with good friends. The pisco sours were a great start for our dinner. We tried several small plates before having our entrees. Everything was delicious with great presentation. Our waiter did a great job of pacing the meal so that each dish could be savored before the next came out. Five stars.

    Mistura is a beautiful restaurant and their drinks are delicious! Their food was just okay. I don't think we'd go back again for a meal, but we'd definitely go back for drinks!

    The food was absolutely fantastic but the service was terrible. We had a group of 15 people and our server did not write down our orders. Not to our surprise this caused some issues as a few meals were left behind. When we asked about the missing food we were served with attitude. Again food was delicious but they definitely need to fix their service.

    We love Mistura! My 3rd time! Our server was again fantastic! The hostess was somewhat inattentive to us waiting and the line behind us gathering but otherwise fine
