   If you want a delicious steak, Mitchell’s is your place! Dining, service, and ambience was everything we could ask for. No complaints! A great way to spend my birthday.

   Enjoyed a Friday dinner with my wife. We were visiting Columbus and taking in a football game, decided to have a nice meal. Had calamari appetizer that was sweet and spicy which we both really liked. Wedge Salad was also shared and was good (although portion a bit on the small side compared to other steak houses we have been). Steak were fantastic as was the Scalloped potatoes (my favorite). Finished off with a Red Velvet cake that was HUGE and delicious. Overall a good experience.

   This has always been one of our favorites. The cocktails, calamari, and salads were great. The entrees came out cold and were disappointing.

   I had a great time and the food was amazing! Beautiful cuts of the steaks and wonderful flavor. Filet Maxwell was fabulous and spectacular service from Nicole!

   Two items were not available, could have been disclosed earlier. Crab salad in sushi was fake crab. Espresso martini was horrible. Lobster app was amazing, everything else was mid.

   We live Mitchell’s restaurants but this time it was not up to par at all. Party of 5 talked Mitchell’s up to entire party because most of us have been and enjoyed it but this time it was way off. Had to go up after 25 minutes of sitting to ask for a waiter to start serving us. After receiving water only we waited 50 mins for first drinks Lobster Mac and cheese came out warm Salads were warm not cold One person had food out last and late Never received one of our iceberg salads Water barely was filled a couple times One basket of bread for table and to ask 3 times for more. The list goes on. They did offer free dessert for entire table but most of us didn’t want dessert requested percentage off all meals and they gave us one bottle out of two for free. Still not going back.

   The food was really delicious. Homemade butter complemented the crusty sour dough bread perfectly. Salad plates were cold, my chopped salad with goat cheese was fresh and flavorful. Steaks cooked perfectly, I had the tenderloin duet and both preparations were delicious. The ambience was not great— the restaurant was pretty empty and we were seated down a kind of service hallway right by the restrooms. Our service was kind of rushed but we had mentioned we were going to a show, so they may have been trying to speed it up for us. Valet was very backed up — would have been nice for server to bring them our ticket while we paid the check. Bill was $260 for the 2 of us, not cheap. But food was so good, I would go back. Highly recommend.

    The food and service at Mitchell's cannot be beat. The classic styling of the dinning room add to the overall dinning experience. The servers and chefs strive to prepare your food choices to your specific needs and requests. Mitchell's is definitely a classic and go-to option for downtown dinning experience.
