From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone for a modern, and welcoming, with just the right amount of elegance to make you feel special without being overly formal. The menu at Mizu offers a tantalizing range of options, blending fresh sushi and vibrant Japanese-inspired dishes that burst with flavor. The Iron Man sushi roll was particularly impressive, and each bite of the seabass skewers and the beef tartare was fresh and delicate. However, what truly elevated our evening was the impeccable service we received from Lina, our server. From the moment Lina greeted us, it was clear that she was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also genuinely passionate about providing a personalized experience. She recommended the perfect wine pairing for our meal and was attentive to our needs without being overbearing. Her friendly yet professional demeanor made us feel like VIPs, and her attention to detail was second to none. Lina took the time to explain some of the more unique menu items and shared insightful suggestions based on our preferences. Her enthusiasm and warmth made the night feel even more special, turning an already fantastic dinner into a memorable experience. We left feeling not only satisfied by the delicious food but also grateful for the exceptional service that Lina provided. In short, Mizu is a gem in Charlotte, offering delicious food, a fantastic atmosphere, and top-notch service.    Every dish was delicious. We enjoyed the edamame and the mushrooms. Everything was really tasty. and out waitress Emma was the best we could have wished for.

   The duck bun were dry and had very little meat on them. Sushi was good. portions were small but advertised as family styles. The crab fried rice had little crab in it and no crab flavor. Only worth it for about 2 people, we had 4. Loved our server and everything else was nice

   We always enjoy ourselves at Mizu. This past visit was no different. We ask to be seated outside, then decided it was too cool and windy, the staff helped us get reseated with no issues. Our food was delicious as always!! One of our favorite places to have “date night”.

   First visit to Mizu. Wonderful date night thanks to Melissa, who walked us through the menu and offered great suggestions. Very cool decor great views. Service was wonderful. Highlights of the meal were the sea bass and broccolini. The ube cheesecake wasn't our favorite, but we chose it. Look forward to revisiting soon.

   Our first time dining at Mizu was a great experience. From start to finish, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was excellent. Our server (I wish I had caught his name) was polite, professional, and attentive, offering great cocktail suggestions based on what we were in the mood for. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I had the crab fried rice, yaki-tori (chicken thigh skewers), and the Iron Man roll—all of which were amazing and well-executed. The only small hiccup was with our reservation request. I had noted a preference for a booth if available, fully understanding it might not work out. However, upon arrival, we were seated at a table despite several open booths, which left me wondering if the request had been considered at all. Not a major issue, just something that stood out. That aside, Mizu will definitely be seeing me again in the future. Looking forward to another great meal—hopefully with my reservation notes acknowledged next time!

    Visiting from Marietta GA. Fabulous dinner. Every dish was just wonderful. Savannah my server made my evening. Just made reservations for my return trip on the 17th. Can’t wait
