Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palette for a steakhouse. We broke the mould and decided to add hand-selected music that reflects us! We’re more like Jay Z and less like Sinatra.

We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put in to produce our beef.

We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.

We use a 1800 degree Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on the outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.

    High quality service and food. Been a while I’ve been at a restaurant that meets classic high end, relaxed yet meaningful experiences. Former hospitality (5 star background) and my love for Michelin III) made this a memorable restaurant. The way they handled our feedback has earned a new loyal patron. Thank you!

    Poor table seating with horrible ambiance , service was confused and very sporadic , and they imposed a time limit on dining - not cool for over 400$ for 2 people . On a positive the steak was delicious as was the lobster bisque.. not sure I would visit again as there are so many superior steak houses in Calgary for similar $$$.
