Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palette for a steakhouse. We broke the mould and decided to add hand-selected music that reflects us! We’re more like Jay Z and less like Sinatra.

We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put in to produce our beef.

We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.

We use a 1800 degree Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on the outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.

    Great experience! We visited for the date night special and our server was spectacular (so sorry that I can’t recall her name). We appreciated her pacing our dinner out so we could enjoy it and not be rushed, but she was still very attentive. The food was great, the sides were a good size to share and not feel like you’re missing out, and the steaks were done very well too. I wish the location had a bit lower lighting to soften the ambiance, but it still felt like a great place for a date night.

    The strip-loin I had was flavourless and very chewy even though it was medium rare. Wasn’t a great cut. Bartender needs to work on their martini skills. Belvedere Martini and all I could taste was vermouth even though we said just rinse the glass and no vermouth in the vodka. Glasses weren’t chilled either. My wife enjoyed her filet and said the potato had an interesting sweet crust that was different but tasty. Service was good and the ambience was ok. Would avoid getting a table by the exterior window this time of year.
