   We stopped here for lunch on a Thursday. My wife had the 4 course tasting menu, while I had the pork noodles. Her beet salad (2nd dish) was terrific, and we both liked our noodles (she had tofu ramen). The pork belly that comes with the pork noodles was particularly good. Service was fast, and quite helpful. All in, very good meal.

   The check in girl just destroyed it from the beginning. She was so rude. The food was okay but not great by any means. Drinks were mediocre. Our server was kind. Restaurant was empty. I would not go back nor recommend it.

   Did not love the food. There was way too much breading for the lobster shrimp dish. There was too much mayo sauce on the shrimp bao and lobster dish. And ramen was salty. Service was fine

    Momofuku never disappoints, and their vegan options are just as impressive as the rest of the menu. I had the truffle ramen (made vegan), and it was next-level-rich, flavorful, and so satisfying. You can tell they put real effort into making plant-based dishes just as exciting. Huge shoutout to the GM, Michael and our server Daniel, who were incredibly hospitable and made the whole experience even better. Can't wait to come back!
