   We have always given this restaurant a five star rating, but our experience last night was not a five star experience. Although our server was good, the steaks we ordered didn’t come out cooked correctly and we’re taken back and not brought back for at least another 15 minutes by that time, the sides that we had ordered were all cold. Just not as good as it used to be. We were disappointed.

   Loved our family Thanksgiving dinner. Chris was fantastic & appreciate making everything perfect. Highly recommended! We will be back.

   A great experience as always. The Chilean Sea bass was perfectly cooked and wonderful flavors. Very attentive and friendly service! I try to come here every time I’m at Monarch

   Not a high end steaknplace. Far below and of the other high end steak places in denver. Meat was tough. Appetizers and salad were good. Lobster way over cooked in the mac and cheese. Potatoes just boring. For the price of this place needs to be way better. Won't be coming back.

   Carrie, our server, was terrific and cheerful! Dennis who manned the rolling stations and prepared our Caesar salad and steak Diane, was also great. Very personable and well spoken. Loved the amuse buche and the kind woman (Lorraine?) who brought us more. The French onion soup was yummy! The lamb was a little tough and I disliked the sauce it was served on. That also made the pistachio coating fall off. But a lovely evening all around.

   A great place to celebrate those special events. Perfect from beginning to end. They treated us like royalty. Make sure to tell them that you’re celebrating when making your reservation.
