We enjoyed excellent martinis, followed by salads & delicious beef tenderloin. Try the filets with the truffled mushrooms & mashed potatoes. Everything was prepared perfectly!

Amazing food. The maple, pecan Old Fashioned was the sweetest old fashion I have ever had. The fried oysters Rockefeller were amazing. And the coconut pound cake at the end was something to behold. Trish and Savannah were superb hosts. I will definitely return for fun and great food.

We took friends out for their anniversary and had a very special evening. Each entree was excellent, and the restaurant placed a nice anniversary message on the table and offered a free drink or dessert to the couple. We requested and got a corner table. Everything was just right. We will definitely be back.

Monocacy Crossing is and has been my favorite local restaurant for over 20 years. The chef was trained at the Culinary Institute of America, and it shows. My daughter was also trained there, so I know the quality of the training. It's quality cuisine that isn't pretentious. The wine list is extensive enough to cover all bases without being overly marked up. They're happy to split orders for older diners who prefer smaller portions. The staff is friendly enough that I'm on a first name basis with my server. I'm as comfortable here as in my own dining room. Maybe more so.

We were looking for someplace special to go for our anniversary that we had not been to before. We decided to try this place because the menu looked interesting. We started with the special appetizers of deconstructed oysters Rockefeller and páté duck liver. The oysters were okay but the duck liver was outstanding. For the main course my wife ordered the braised beef cheeks and I got the sirloin tips. Both delicious and perfectly prepared. For our anniversary they brought us a pastry with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. The restaurant is super cute with seating inside and outside seating with heaters. Our server Tricia was a ray of sunshine and very helpful. I can’t wait to go back again!
