The manager on shift is the only reason for the 3 stars . As she did right by us Out waiter wasn’t overly attentive , one meal was requested GF as a dietary allergy , when the meal showed up it had gluten on it, when my wife made not of it the waiter with out a comment grabbed the plate and vanished , no apology and no comment on correcting the plate . New steak showed up when I was nearly done my meal and the waiter waited till my wife was in the bathroom before coming to even check on us and was like oh the steaks here cool and left without a word. My wing/ rib combo started off good with hot juicy wings , then the ribs were over cooked and tough/ dry to eat ( while flavour was good ) At the end of the meal when I asked for the bill I paid via a large cash bill , the waiter took the bill and didn’t ask if change was required , instead kept the money thinking they were entitled to a 22% tip. My wife has to talk to the manager who then sent the Employee back to give us change .Is this helpful?

Service was dreadful. Waiter got multiple things wrong on the order, never checked we wanted anything else or more water or drinks until a few minutes before we were done. We did get assistance from a nice young lady but she wasn’t our waiter/waitress. Food was ok but not the usual quality. The table next to us was served 10 minutes before us and arrived 10 minutes after. Overall not a good experience, no tip given.Is this helpful?

Because of our (my?) preference for Montana's we've visited quite a few all over Alberta, and this wasn't one of our best experiences. My family and I (mostly me because I can ribs all day every day) are big fans of Montana's. We go there a lot, it's an easy choice, the kids are entertained and the food is always good. This particular Montana's had slower service than we were used to, one of us ordered a steak, which was edging past medium while it should've been medium rare.. I had the all you can eat ribs (duh.) and only took a single refill on those simply because the wait time was awful. The fries with the meals also weren't what we were used to. In their defense, it was somewhat busy.. but just not our best experience.Is this helpful?
