Everything was cold. Pulled pork, fries, wings, antojitos…everything. My onion rings were undercooked and my steak was raw. Server was a champ and I felt bad for her when this was all the kitchen staff’s fault. Manager was apologetic and he took care of our bill, which was nice, but blamed it on how busy they were. It was not busy. I’ve been there when it’s been wall to wall, and haven’t had food this consistently bad. If they screwed up, they screwed up, but don’t make excuses for them. If the cooks aren’t using instant-read thermometers for checking steaks, they should be. Again, the server (Amy) was fantastic, and dealt with it all very professionally.Is this helpful?
