   The orders were not what we ordered and had to be sent back. The brisket burger that was served was so bad it had to be sent back. When we finally got the re-done brisket burger order it was much better. Still, there should have been some kind of compensation for the order mix-up and the inedible brisket burger. So overall disappointed in the experience

   Very busy Wednesday night. But our server was fantastic! She made sure our table had drinks and all you can eat ribs kept coming. Ribs were very yummy. I always get the big beef rib! Always delish!!!

   I booked a recommended time from Montana's but the power failure in the area meant that we arrived to a pitch black restaurant. This wasn't Montana's fault but open table should have checked to make sure the place was open before confirming our reservations.

   Trying cutting your salad into bite size portions. Our waitress should have asked if we wanted more coffee and refills on our drinks. Otherwise food tasted good. Leaving salad in big pieces easy for cook but darn hard to eat

   Service was slow. The ribs had no flavour (Texas bold sauce), cornbread was cold, expected it to be warm, baked beans were thin at best & skimpy. Maybe got a tsp in a tiny ramiken & hard to eat with no spoon. Mini donuts heavy. Overall poor experience & won’t be returning.
