   We checked out the Montana’s Monday night half price wings night and did get pretty good value-$32 for 8 wings plus a generous sized side Casar salad, a good caesar cocktail and premium 23 oz draft. Wings were good but a bit too saucy for my taste! Service was excellent and tip was in addition to the $32. Pleasant sports lounge sort of ambiance. Not loud so ideal for a catchup chat with friends! 👍

   Awful experience. The food was fine. The management at this location, specifically whoever was manager on duty the evening of Saturday February 22nd. Two of us received the entirely wrong order. We had to wait an extra 46 minutes. The server, Sabrina, was amazing. She handled the issue with kindness and grace. However, no management even came to speak with us. We were told the kitchen was backed up. It is crazy that they made a mistake and treated us as if we simply ordered the wrong food. In the restaurant business, you would typically push these orders to the front of the line to quickly correct their mistake and save us from waiting AGAIN. They did no such thing, and charged us in full for our meals. They allowed us to keep the incorrect meals as well. we ended up in this restaurant for TWO HOURS waiting the entire time. It wasted a planned out evening with friends who do not get to see each other often. I hope whoever the management was is ashamed of themselves for how poorly they treated both consumers and staff this evening.

   This was the worst restaurant experience I ever had. Right of the bat it took our server 15 minutes to come greet us. She took our drink appetizer order. Said she would bring cutlery and never brought any water for us. She dropped our drinks off took our dinner order never advised of appetizer where about. A while later our app came delivered by someone else and they had to get us cutlery. Our server shows up 20 minutes later because I had flagged her down for another drink and she brings cutlery. Someone else brings our second drinks. Another while later we get our main meal delivered by someone else which is cold so it was sitting for a while. Our server Bianca flys by asking how our meal is hardly even stopping. She never ever comes to our table again I see her servicing the table diagonal from us and behind us on both side never stops by us. We got there at 7:30 it was almost 9:30 the place was not full by that time and again I have to stop another service to ask for her to bring our bill. Which she doesn’t come someone else comes. I truly felt discriminated against. Why were we ignored continuously? We were nothing but polite and she was there in the same area taking care of other tables and avoiding us. I have never been treated so rudely by a server anywhere ever. It ruined our whole night your not suppose to go out to dinner to be stressed out by your server!! And the washrooms were disgusting. One stall was out of service and it was the only one with toilet paper. I had advise an employee of this and the next time I went to the washroom those huge rolls were just tossed at the back of each toilet. My servers name was Bianca if you didn’t catch it before. And this was such a terrible experience I am not sure I will ever go there again. What a waste of my hard earned money.

   The restaurant looked lovely but we waited 40 minutes for dinner and it was served cold. The washrooms were appalling. On the way out we looked in the kitchen and there was garbage piled up by the door and food all over the floor. I was sick to my stomach knowing I ate here. I will never go back. It was a first and a last. I was   disgusted it with the place.

   The steaks were cooked perfectly, it was a shame they overcooked the lobster. We had to wait a long time for the service to come to our table and a long time for the food to arrive.

   Service from Brittany was excellent. Food portions were good and the ribs and wings with the sauces were very tasteful. Good selection on the menu and also the all you can eats ribs promotion.

    Waitress was horrible. Zero communication skills. I was on the patio, there was 1 other couple sitting 1 table away from us. The Waitress went to them, asked about their refills for ribs. Then went inside, didn't say hi I'll be with you shortly or anything. She came back out with the other tables' refills and then proceed to walk back inside without saying anything again. I had to call her over.... she took my drink order, and my wife's (she ordered the virgin Ceasar which comes with a rib and pickled peppers). The waitress finally brought out my beer and the Ceasar. She put it on the table and left without saying a word. I then called her back to inquire about the rib and peppers. She stated she dropped it and it will be coming out shortly. I don't understand why she couldn't have said that when she dropped the drinks off. She then asked if we wanted to order food, but I was upset at the service , paid the bill and left. Also the rib that came out was ice cold..... not a good experience at all. We left and went to Clarkson pump and grill because we couldn't deal with the lack of service.
