In a polished yet warm, minimalist setting, Executive Chef James Bingham's signature fare intersects with innovative pairings, highlighting both the culinary ingredients used in creating each dish as well as Moody Tongue's culinary brewing techniques. Reservations are exclusively available at 6:30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays as well as 5:30pm and 8:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
