    Delicious flavors with freshest of greens and herbs added and beautiful aesthetics for each dish. They are mostly small plates -- share 2-4 dishes for 2 people. Iced coffee was the best we ever tasted, salad and shaking beef our favorite dishes, and service was welcoming and impeccable.

    We had not returned to Moon Rabbit since its move from the Wharf. We were not disappointed: every dish was interesting and delicious. Our server was informative, cheerful, and attentive. And, unlike too many DC restaurants, we could have a conversation (tables are spaced apart; noise level is moderate). Great pre-theatre dinner. We will definitely return.

    BBQ shrimp and rice noodles quite good. Pandan cake dessert not memorable. Vietnamese salted coffee to die for. Overall, I'd return for dinner just to try the other interesting dishes.

    Food is almost perfect. Unfortunately you will enjoy it while shouting to converse with your dining companion, and struggling to hear their responses. Draining.

    This place is wonderful! As with all restaurants, some of the dishes are better than others (yes to the mussels, beef (no surprise NYT named it a best bite), really interesting cocktails; meh to the pretty tough lamb). The service is absolutely incredible. Monique knew we were celebrating and she, her colleagues, and the kitchen went out of there way to make the evening special. I will never forget their kindness. The only bummer were the loud politicos talking shop beside us. (The tables are close together and those folks apparnelty didn't know how to use their indoor voices. A bit more space btw tables would be awesome.) Can't wait to go back and try dishes that are now favorites and taste new ones. <3

    Food and staff were outstanding. Second time at the restaurant. We did Chef’s Tasting which was delicious, creative, fantastic. Everything was beautifully plated. Only issue can be noise level. Popular place and when full the decibel level is high.
