   3 of 6 entrees delivered were wrong, the onion soup tasted watered down, and my vodka & soda took 20 minutes to receive then came with little ice and without the lime I requested. Server seemed poorly trained and unaccustomed to serving. Overall disappointing at this price point.

   This was my first time dining at Morton’s and I realize I probably shouldn’t have made my first time on Thanksgiving because the restaurant was VERY busy which may be the reason my experience wasn’t so great. When we first walked in there was no hostess and several people at the hostess stand waiting. Then the manager walked over confused as to where the hostess was. He begins to check people in because the hostess was still MIA. We waited about 15 mins to get sat and waited another 15 mins for our waiter to greet us. Our waiter lets us know that he’s also the bartender so basically he was overwhelmed. The service was decent but def could have been better. I think our waiter just had too many customers. The food was delicious for the most part except for the lobster Mac. The cheese sauce was running and overall not worth the $29 price point. Overall, I would try Morton’s again but just not on a holiday nor the Arlington location.

    We had some fantastic steaks last night! They were cooked perfectly to order. The service is top notch! The regional manager even came by our table to introduce himself and say hello. We can't wait to go back!
