   I have been going to Morton’s Galleria for many years and I’ve always had an amazing experience, and this time was no different. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and it was incredible.

   Amazing beef! Good wine and nice atmosphere. The menu present a good variety of products and a really nice wine list.

   Food was excellent. Service was not on point on multiple levels and the restaurant was empty. Server spilt food and wine split on the table and on us. Bottle of wine brought to us and opened was not what we ordered, we were charged for the more expensive bottle. Cup of water had plastic wrap in the bottom of it which we found at the end of dinner. Accidents happen. Discounts were applied which was appreciated. Manager came out and went to the table next to us where more wine flew, but never came to our table. We won’t let this evening prevent us from coming back but it was a bit disappointing.

    Once again we tried to use a birthday reward and were told it wasn’t showing on the card. We even spoke to Landry’s a week earlier and they told us it was on the card. I think after a year or so, they make it too hard to get to the reward so they don’t actually have to give it to you. In all fairness, we did get it the first two years of having the card, so maybe Landry’s needs to be more honest and tell people that the reward is not forever. The Thanksgiving special was very good. The service was also excellent. I would absolutely recommend Morton’s. I just wouldn’t bother buying into their reward program as it was more frustrating than worth it.
