   We had a great birthday celebration despite some challenges with the server. She seemed clearly upset about something, and it affected the quality of her service. I’ve had her as a server several times before, and she mentioned that someone told her I specifically requested her, which I hadn’t. I’m not sure if the staff may have been unkind to her, but it seemed to impact her demeanor. Overall, I enjoyed myself.

   Our food was delivered hot and cooked to order. Our service was horrible. 3.5 hrs to eat then screwed up our tickets with wrong charges

   We always enjoy Morton’s, we like to dine at the one of the high tops in the bar area, it’s just a bit more casual. This visit was perfect. I can’t think of any aspect of our experience I would ask to improve. Service was great, food and drinks were great, and we had a great time.

   We always love Morton’s but our last experience, granted it was on New Year’s Eve, was less than ideal. We sat at our table for an hour before we were given bread or our soup/salads, we asked if there were specials and were told there were not despite us overhearing at the table next to us that there were specials which their waitress offered them. I had to go to the hostess desk to actually hear the specials for myself and it turns out, the specials were something we wanted to order. Food took another 40 mins to come out, steaks were cold and all in all, the food was just subpar. Service was the worst I’ve ever had there - waiter was inattentive and we had to remind him multiple times to bring us simple things that we’d already asked for. The sad thing is, the restaurant was busy but there were several open tables. We’ve seen it more busy on a random weekend than it was on NYE. Very disappointed with the experience as this is our favorite steakhouse in Louisville. Hoping it was just an off night for the restaurant.

   Morton's never disappoints. We had a great time celebrating our oldest son's 20th birthday. He chose to come back to Morton's for another birthday. The food was delicious. We will return.

   We have been to this location many times. The atmosphere is amazing. Sadly the last few times the fillet was not cooked properly and had to be sent back. The delay is enough to cause a few people in our party to eat alone as everyone is finished when the new steak arrives. Other than that, it’s a nice experience and they do have some tremendous side dishes.

    4 diners, at different tables - we’re in hoodies. One guy sitting in the main dining room took off his hoodie and enjoyed his drinks wearing a plain white t—shirt. One guy in the bar was wearing a hoodie and ball cap. Either enforce your standards, or don’t have them.
