   The food was excellent. Pork chops and steaks perfectly cooked. Sides were proportional and served us well. The service was averaged. Missed on a few things and didn't use my LSC points like I asked. Other than that, a good night.

   Great experience! Celebrated a birthday. Service was exceptional from the time we walked through the door. Our table was decorated for the birthday and we got a framed picture. Our waiter, Meg was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Her energy was great and she suggested some delicious apps & entrees for us to try. We had the lobster ravioli and lobster bisque as appetizers. We had the sea bass and the cajun ribey as our entrees. The ambience is very intimate with low lighting and candles on the tables. I will definitely revisit.

   We go to steak houses because you can always count on a great cook. Our steaks were not prepared as ordered and they were super salty. The sides were barely edible. There was a constant cold breeze in the dining room. We tried to valet but waited ten minutes so we had to find other parking. Our servers were very nice and attentive.

   Our service with Z was wonderful. We were disappointed because both of our steals were entirely undercooked- a 12 oz filet and a ny strip. We understand that undercooking them allows the customer to send them back to finish cooking, however for the fact this is a steak house, we would expect the main course to be perfect. We didn’t send it back because we can cook them at home. However, we wanted to be treated to a Valentines meal and not have to cook and clean. Sadly, our experience was a bit underwhelming. All the other dishes- oyster dynamite, the wedge salad, the spinach, fries, the martini and dessert were outstanding.

   Hadn’t been to Morton’s in Reston Town Center in years. Went for our Anniversary on Valentine’s Day and had the $179 dinner for 2. It was FABULOUS. Steak was melt in your mouth, lobsters were perfect size, au gratin potatoes and creamed corn delicious and the hot chocolate sundae dessert was phenomenal. Service was top notch. 9 oz pour of wine at $25 was disappointing price-wise. All in all we loved it and will be back soon.

   The server had no interest is waiting on me starting with pacing the flatware in the wrong side of the plate… When I told the manager the manager cleared some plates and the service never improved. Upon leaving the valet wasn’t around and when I went to the host stand no one was there. The worst service of any Morton’s I’ve been to. Additionally I received a canned note from the manager Wilavan Wangsa with no mention of the incident and certainly appears that he couldn't be bothered either.

   We came during Restaurant Week....the value was great! We celebrated a retirement and 2 birthdays ....and the staff could not have been nicer. They went out of their way to make everything special.

    My partner and I had a great experience at Morton’s. It had been a long time since we visited. Everything was great except for our filets were both slightly over cooked. Brianna was wonderful, super attentive and friendly. The manager offered a complimentary Shrimp Cocktail and re-fired our steaks. They were perfect the second time. Overall a great experience!
