    Overwhelming for Christmas, not enough hands for sure, waited 25 minutes before meeting our server. Steak is undercooked and billed wrong. Should be a great restaurant at a low season.

    This was my first visit to Morton's in San Francisco. The food was cooked perfectly. The waiter did a great job, attentive, friendly, but not overly so. I will definitely go back again.

    Bartender was grumpy and unattended. We asked for a menu and he snapped at us. Luckily, our table was ready. My observations were simple. They had hardly any buses or runners. Our server worked her butt off not only was she cleaning up plates bringing food taking orders they were incredibly understaffed However, the food was excellent.

    Just the experience was overall felt rushed throughout the whole dinner. Server seemed to rush us for no reason.Couldn’t enjoy our meal. Seemed like she didn’t have patience with anyone.

    Amazing lamb and ribeye. Drinks were amazing. Just a hint Champagne should always be served in a flute not a wine glass! Would have like to see a pre fixed option but al carte was good enough to share for 2 people.

    The experience was adequate although the lobster tails we got did not taste fresh. They had an off fishy taste to it. We only came because we had a $100 gift card. I won’t go again as there are much better steakhouses in the city.
