Moshulu is one of the most unique dining experiences in Philadelphia aboard a ship. Dine indoors in our newly remodeled dining rooms or outdoors in the open-air or covered decks. Our menu features modern American fare including the freshest seafood, steaks, and sushi. Paired with seasonal craft cocktails, canned beer, and an extensive wine list. We went to Moshulu for the first time, to celebrate a birthday. We had guests from out of state and were hoping to make a great impression to everyone with our venue selection. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not meet our expectations. One of the dinner selections (sword fish surf and turf) came cold and had to be sent back to get rewarmed. The lobster pot pie turned out to be a soup with a cracker over it. In general, food was unremarkable and unimpressive. The service was great at the table. However, two of our guests went to the men's bathroom and reported to the staff that there were no paper napkins and that the waste basket was overflowing and paper was on the floor. Multiple people made the same comment to the staff. So, overall I give it a 3 out of 5 star experience and this, is very generous! In general, ambiance and servers were great but food was mediocre.

Food was delicious. I got the filet. My husband was disappointed with crab cake only because it was just sitting on a flat potato cake nothing else served with dish. Little expensive. Very dark inside. Used flashlight to see menu.

The service was great, Frenado, was attentive, polite, and professional. The food was great, the only thing a more selective dessert memu ex carrot cake, pound cake, chocolate cake.

First, you can't beat the ambience of this 4-masted sailing ship turned restaurant built in 1904 docked on the Delaware waterfront in Philadelpha. Add to that superb cuisine and service and it made for a memorable Valentine's Day dinner (a day late), Baked brie appetizer was excellent and large enough to share. My wife's scallops and my Alaska halibut were similarly outstanding. We both enjoyed the 2019 Mosel region Riesling that went well with dinner. To top it off, our server was one of the best ever. The Moshulu is not cheap but not outrageous, especially for the quality. If you drive there, parking is $20.

Never been to the Moshulu before. Wasn’t a pleasant experience. I didn’t like anything I ordered. Server wasn’t really pleasant and was an overall waste of my time and money.

Service was great and the crab cake was amazing. It was a gloomy day but the window seat still provided a great view. Overall it was a nice experience.
