   It started at the hostess desk when the hostess asked me if i was informed that there will be an 18% gratuity charge automatically on our bill I had said no, i was not informed - and then she asked if i was ok with that. I turned around and said and what if i’m not ok with it ? She said , “Then unfortunately we can’t seat you. “ I didn’t speak with the Manager but should have. What authority does she have to refuse 7 of us a meal! The next incident was when I ordered a Ceasar and it was made incorrectly- watered down ? The taste of the Clamato juice was bland. They remade my drink which was better than the first, but not great. That didn’t bother me but what did was when i saw our server approach the Hostess desk. You could tell she was letting the hostess know that i returned the Ceasar - as you could see the Hostess’ eyes look up from the desk and look right at me. Very unprofessional but maybe age has something to do with it. The final incident was when the gentleman at our table, who we were celebrating their Birthday , was 1/2 way through his entree when the server dropped off a Happy Birthday dessert with ice cream on it knowing he wasn’t finished his dinner. He ended up eating his dessert but the ice cream melted all aver his plate ruining the “ Happy Birthday” greeting on the plate. I think there needs to be some common sense when dealing with the public and table etiquette when you are a server.

   Very expensive, went for happy hour and it was barely cheaper. Waitress was never around and drinks were so slow we sat with no drinks on multiple occasions. We went late at night and the restaurant was not even busy. No excuse for that slow of service.

   I think the food was expensive for the quality . Service was ok - but too noisy for my liking

   If noisy reduce is better, and the music volume reduce a little bit is better

    The AC was a tad too cold. The potstickers should be separated from the sauce, as an option only. The ribs was good but could be better if it was more portion. The curry laksa was not tasty enough - somewhat bland. I am Malaysian, so I expected better. The price was too much for the quality of food served. Server was very attentive to us. The only 5-star rating I would give.
