   I order the Cajun chicken fettuccine, it's supposed to be a creamy tomato sauce with Cajun chicken. It was bland chicken and what tasted like canned tomatoes. There was hardly any flavor. The ribs were quite fatty as well but my daughter still liked them

   Food was great! Just not what expected. Picture does look deceiving, especially the lobster. Should’ve used a better plate. Kind a hard to use the knife on such small plate. Expensive portion wise. Waitress never checks in on us to see if we need more drinks. But expects us to give good tips. The way I see it, better service, better tips.

   We've been here many times but this visit was so Disappointing :( The restaurant was out of at least five things that we tried to order including French Fries. Who serves burgers and mashed potatoes? Portions were much smaller than in the past. Quality was poor for some items of our group. Dessert churro's were disgusting, tasted like burnt oil. Servers were disorganized. We got a discount for a steak that was over 1/3 but gave up complaining about everything else so as not to put a damper on our special night.

   We had issues with the temperature of some food served but it was addressed and resolved. Also it was dinner time during extensive power outages so understandable that it was busy

   The host was excellent; friendly, inviting and helpful. Table service on the other hand was average. The kids chicken strips and fries were fresh and delicious. My BBQ burger patty was dry, had barely any BBQ sauce in it and the bun was over toasted and very dry.

   Had reservations for my birthday dinner, got seated right away (they weren't too busy) they took our drink orders and about 10-15 min later (we had time to go grab cards play half a game of go fish and look amd food menus) before the waitress came back and said they were out of pop glasses (so they couldn't give us water, pop or anything) my dad had ordered a coffee, I asked if that could come out now, it never did. Then we order dinner, and more time goes by before telling us they were out of ribs. We ended up leaving and going to Montanas (where we had a much better experience) this was absolutely horrible. It's one thing to run out of food (understandable and I get it happens some times) but to have 0 clean dishes, the lack of communication between staff, and customers. We waited half an hour at least at the table and recieved nothing.

    Had the Chilli Ribeye last night. Meat quality seems to be going downhill. Last 3 times dining there I have not been real impressed. Ribeye should never have gristle in it in a restaurant. Definitely not worth $41.
