The diverse, flavorful menu of Muckleshoot Restaurant includes favorites like the Seafood Louie Salad and 12 oz. NY Strip Steak.

Carrying on the traditional Muckleshoot ways of cooking salmon, we are proud to offer traditional salmon dinners utilizing locally sourced alder wood and Pacific Coast wild salmon. Cooked over an open flame, the traditional method of low heat and smoke enhances the salmon flavor while preserving freshness and texture. Available in individual (8 oz. fillet with two sides, $29) or family style (2 1/2 pounds with one pound of corn and red potatoes, $95) presentations. Offered Friday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Plus, don't forget to check out the baked goodness inside our pastry display. Enjoy a wide assortment of pastries, from croissants to brownies, baked fresh daily and available for in-room dining or to-go orders.

    We went to Muckleshoot for dinner before a concert. This experience was the best I’ve had at this restaurant! The food, service and staff were the best I’ve experienced there. In the past the food was really not as I expected but this night everything was on point!!! Congrats Muckleshoot, I had to give you 5 stars!!! Keep it up!!! It’s what we expect!!!

    The staff is so awesome, they all come up and say hi. We have been going almost every weekend because no other place has such a diverse food choice and reasonably price. Thank you!

    Ordered the prime dip sandwich, it had no flavor, the bread was soggy when it arrived and the au jus was very light color and also had no flavor. We didn't know that the Alfredo came with parsley flakes covering it, not a big deal, it just had a little texture and it didn't get eaten. Everything else was great there. The service is always great.

    We ordered a shared King Sz prime rib. Cooked medium. When the server brought out our plate it was cooked very well but was only the 8oz sz. I asked the server if he could take it back and double check the sz was correct. Several minutes later he brought out the correctly sized King Prime rib. Unfortunately it was close to raw. We ate it anyhow because we don’t like to be that couple.. but left feeling sick from it. I’m not sure we’ll go back.

    It took about 20 minutes for them to set up our table, even with reservations. Drinks were served promptly, but it took about an hour to get our food. Food was good, but server did not check on us frequently. We had to ask for the check and he didn’t ask if we wanted it split.

    Very few vegetarian options. Overall, the place feels very ... taupe ... Just kind of a colorless experience ... The food is okay, but they could really boost their menu a bit.
