Muro was born out of a deep love for Spanish cuisine and a passion for sharing the vibrant culture of Spain with the people of London. Founded in 2024, our journey began with a simple idea: to recreate the lively and communal dining experience of traditional Spanish tapas bars, right here in the heart of the city.

Inspired by the sights, sounds, and flavours of Spain’s bustling food markets and intimate taverns, Muro is more than just a restaurant – it’s a celebration of togetherness. Tapas, with its small plates and rich variety, encourages sharing and conversation, bringing people closer with every dish. We wanted to take that same spirit and create a space where locals and visitors alike could come together, share a meal, and enjoy an unforgettable culinary journey.

We found Muro on Open Tables searching for a restaurant with small plates near our hotel. When we arrived we were welcomed warmly. The manager (I believe) was helpful in selecting a nice wine and dishes we would enjoy. Everything was delicious and the wait staff treated us like VIPs. I wish this restaurant were in my city, as I would be a regular diner. Wonderful evening!
