Allow us to transport you to Europe when you step through our door! Our Deli cooler greets you with imported Cheese & Charcuterie tastes and smells, and our Wine shelves invite you to explore the world of Wine by glass, bottle, or flight. Reserve your seat inside our intimate Loft and we'll guide you through our Menu of curated Boards, fresh-made Shareable Plates, Flatbreads & Paninis, and Wines.

We're located in downtown St. Pete, FL near the Old Northeast neighborhood & Palladium Theater, and we are most known for our Cure-ated Cheese + Charcuterie Boards and Flatbreads, which we take pride in creating for you. We have limited indoor seating and strongly encourage Reservations if you would like to sit indoors. We are dog-friendly and also offer outdoor seating with larger group options, weather permitted.

Our Private Wine & Cheese Pairing Experience is led by MUST Founder/Sommelier Jessica Arkwright at our Loft. Your Experience includes a tasting of four Wines - one white, one rosé/skin-contact, and two reds - that have been paired with four Cheeses from around the world. Jessica will introduce you to each of the featured wines and tell you about where they're from/grown, how they're made and who makes them, and what makes them special/why she selected each. As she is also our Cheesemonger, she'll tell you about each of the cheeses paired and show you how to Taste and Pair so that you can take your new skills everywhere and anywhere! The ambience is so earthy and interesting. The charcuterie options and other plates are FANTASTIC and I enjoyed the wine offered. We liked it so much the first time we went, we came back with friends to have them experience it.

The wine was very good but the food was nothing exceptional. The flat bread was burnt and the chef said it was naan bread not sure why that mattered. The naan bread was store bought. The crab dip we ordered had very little flavor with a few pieces of naan bread and crostini bread. Maybe the charcuterie is better but I will not go back to find out. Also, I had a reservation but there were no tables available so we ate at the very uncomfortable bar stools.

This was our first time at this cute little wine bar right around the corner from the Palladium Theatre. It is very small, but cozy and quaint. They can only seat four people at the bar and there are four small tables in the front of the loft. They have some unshaded outside seating near the front entrance. Reservations are definitely recommended unless you get there very early for bar seating. The food was excellent and the decor was tastefully done. They have items for sale tucked away in every little nook and cranny. Our server was nice, but didn't seem very knowledgeable on some of the food selections. He also did not tell us it was happy hour which was disappointing because we would have ordered something else to drink had we known that. The ambiance is nice but it can get quite loud since it is a small place. We had a great time and will definitely return next time we are in that area.

MUST doesn't live up to the hype or its potential. The slow, indifferent service ruined the experience. The food is GOOD, not special, and isn't really worth the wait. Watched the owner & staff spend more time polishing wine glasses than filling them. It was painful watching the staff founder about not doing anything well. Guests are made to feel "in the way." There was not table reserved for us at our appointed time. We ended up at the bar. Probably won't go back.

The whole experience was great. I’m on a low carb diet and the server asked me if I’d like to replace the fruit in the salad with pickled vegetables. What a great suggestion - it was absolutely delicious as was their charcuterie. A good selection of wines too! Will definitely go again.
