   Great location and vibe - felt like I was back in Japan. Takoyaki was good and the cabbage with plum sauce & sesame was a real find. However, sweet tasting karage was odd - and the drinks menu limited (no wines). Pretty good all round

   We were charged 3 servings for chicken when we ordered for only two (because obviously it was just my kid and I). I remember the waitress take down our orders and saw $74 on her tablet. Noticed my daughter paid $90, while I got a glass of water, so I only saw it at home. No wonder we couldn’t finish the food on the plate…

   This is one of my favourite restaurants in Sydney. Great vibes, great food and great service!! So in love with their sriracha mayo fried chicken, veg fried udon and pork kimchi dumplings. It's my go-to order! Also, lemon sour and ponchu-su sour are the perfect cocktails for the summer. So refreshing! The best thing about Nakano is that it's open till 2am. A rare actual "open till late" find. I've been here probably about 5-6 time in the last 1.5 months and I'm so not over it yet. Highly recommend Nakano on Friday and Saturday nights. But make sure to book or the queue can get really long.

    Service was great, chicken and corn were great. Cucumber however wasn’t pickled at all. Dumplings tasted like tuna? When it was supposed to be pork? Normally this place is exceptional so I’m sad to see the decline in quality.
