We were full from ordering two small combos for 4 people but not sure it was worth the high price. Some of the meats were great and others were soso. They grill for you but watch for the pork. The pork bone we were given to eat was still raw which unlike beef, is definitely a health hazard. Banchan is good but not auto refilled and you need to constantly ask for it.

Food was--as always--delicious and service was amazing. The little button you can press to call waitstaff is a genius upgrade to the dining experience because you no longer need to wave frantically to get someone's attention.

Nice BBQ place. I like how they have the exaust tubes all the way down to the grill so that you don't end up smelling like BBQ when you leave. The one drawback is their insistence that they grill all the food for you. It's distracting and you can't really carry on a converstion with them constantly interruptting to cook. Plus they also just want to cook everything all at once and ends up making us all feel rushed to eat everything before it either burns on the grill or gets cold on your plate.

As usual, the food great, the service AMAZING (Alec is the best!). We always try and get Alec. Super friendly, polite, efficient, super attentive and never burns the food. The atmosphere is fun. The only critique, it’s super expensive for the Korean BBQ category, but the quality of meats and ingredients are good. Regardless, Thanks again Alec. We’ll be back.

The service from the waiters were excellent. Alec is super nice, friendly, professional and really takes care of you/customer(s) and another female waitress was very nice as well. The actual food quality is quite nice and delicious. The banchan was nice and a good variety. The only complaints we have is it’s quite expensive (there are other bbqs that are quite nice and a much better value) and the “managers” there need to be trained on attitudes, friendliness, and hospitality in general. We weren’t mistreated per se, but we heard and saw them treat others not so nicely, not so welcomingly and quite frankly a bit rude (we dined here a few times and their attitudes are consistent). Lastly, the Valet Service shouldn’t demand credit cards only. Some people are not comfortable providing CC all the time for security reasons. Overall, because of the table service (ALEC & Team) and quality of food we will return again (because it’s quite expensive we probably dine here occasionally). It’s a nice Korean BBQ dining experience. Thank you.
