   We had a small group of 14 people there for dinner. The foods were good, but the room temperature was a bit hot, no enough AC for Korean bbq. They had to put some portable fans up for customers. The services were bad, the wait staffs were talking on the bad, our waitress was rude, not friendly at all. We raised our hands to call her, she just ignore us. Nothing to worst when we ordered ice cream, she only brought us 9 sticks out of 14 people, when we told her missing 5, she was telling us only one for each person. When it comes to paid our bill, then we saw her barely little smile on her face. I wouldn’t recommend friends going there, bc I think we deserve to be happy on vacation.

   As for the SUNSET location, it was horrible. Been to many Korean BBQs, and this one was by far the worst. Staff wasn’t very welcoming, food was below average, menu looked dingy and was hard to read or see the pictures.

   I honestly don’t understand why this place has such rave reviews aside from the fact that it is an all-you-can-eat establishment. First of all, the place is incredibly noisy and stuffy, and the air vents above the grills do NOT work (we could see smoke wafting in all different directions above us and around us at other tables). So it is smelly, smoky, and hot. The servers are not being careful with the handling of raw food. While some of the girls were wearing gloves for handling raw meat/fish, one of the servers came by with no gloves on and picked up our two plates that had raw steak and raw chicken on them, dumped them off on a shelf, and then proceeded to pick up two plates of hot food and serve them to a table near us. I felt so bad for those people, they had no idea she’d just touched a bunch of raw meat juices and then handled their dinner. The tuna sushi roll I ordered tasted so bad I sent it back, and I’ve never sent back sushi before (I’m not that kind of person, I don’t like to make a fuss). The only food I enjoyed was my spicy chicken, and the spicy ramen dish. Everything else was extremely sub-par and I was so grossed out by the lack of hygiene on the servers’ part that I didn’t even want to eat there anymore. Would not go back.

   Ambience was very loud. Big kids birthday party and kids were out of control running around. Hardly any staff to serve and take orders. I felt bad for the manager. Group of 12 adults stuck around 2 pits. 6 people grilling at the same table.

   Surprisingly, very good, and the quality of the meats are Wagyu and very tasty.

    Overall experience is very good. Servers need to be more attentive and nicer. They all looked stressed out while serving your food.
