   The food was very good but the service was poor. The restaurant was very busy when we arrived but then emptied out a lot and the service still remained less than average. Ordered items were forgotten and items that were never ordered were delivered to the table. The waiting staff were extremely inattentive.

   Although the staff were nice, the place seemed understaffed. They should also look into the ventilation of the place. A few diners complained about the cold air coming in from the outside thru the window/opening above the main door.

   Food was amazing, really affordable and the staff were lovely. The seabass, pork belly and shrimp siu mai our favourite! All the veggies were delish also will deffo be going back!

   It was too loud so i couldn't hear my husband and had to use body language There were some flies above the table

   First time here and it was average. A mix of good and so-so dishes (small portions, expensive prices, mixed quality not much better compared to other similar restaurants). The staff were nice but inattentive at times, the atmosphere was very loud and not what I expected from the branding and marketing of the restaurant.

   The dining experience at Nan was poor, 2 people dining. Our starters were served 20 minutes apart. 1 main & 2 rice came out, 20 minutes later the next main came out, by then the rice to that dish was cold. Definitely require extra training in service as we were the only people in there at this time. Food was ok, it was really cold inside, we had to put our coats back on. Not enjoyable at all. Would not recommend!
