   The server provided excellent customer service. Raspberry lemon drop was the best I’ve had. Lamb chops were not cooked medium as requested (they were rare) so I sent them back and they returned two prepared correctly and one well done. A “fine dining” restaurant should have experienced chefs that can prepare meats at the correct temperature. The accompanying sticky coconut rice was decent and the cucumber salad had zero flavor. Needless to say, I was disappointed in this dining experience that I’ve had on my list for a while.

   We have been dining at Nan’s group since the early days, and have always enjoyed our experience. In Jan we visited Nan Buckhead and found the menu to be quite lovely but our server was clearly not able to handle the number of tables they were assigned. Sat Mar 1st we dined at Nan Midtown, again we found our delightful server Anamika overwhelmed with her area of responsibility. Sadly the bar was also culpable and not to mention our entrees were lukewarm one cold which was replaced by Anamika. very interesting was the continuous upselling that the servers are engaged in starting with the water continuing to appetizers and wine. I didn’t see the mandatory 20% gratuity mentioned which I find as an insult since I base my TIP To Insure Promptness in an amount inclusive of kitchen staff. We’ll select a different Thai restaurant next time. Seasoned diner. Michael

   We wanted an experience for dinner and The Nan did not disappoint! The food was magnificent, service was impeccable, and all staff on board for the experience, to include the valet, from the outside to the inside! The experience outweighed the cost! Recommend this experience to all who are looking for a positive, happy, exciting, warm, and uplifting date night out🌹🌹🌹

   We have had good memories of this place so we decided to got for my 50th birthday. The experience was the worst we've had from any restaurants. The service was super slow, never received lemon for the water, waited 50 minutes for place our order, got our food an hour later, so total almost 2 hours to actually eat. The food was not as warm as should have been either, like it was sitting our there. We were very dissatisfied at best, never going there again. Expected better service for it being a fine dining. We tried to reflect that with the tip but 20% was already added for a party of 4. We will definitely try to get that back because they did not deserve that! There are plenty of good Thai food around, don't pay hefty price for a terrible service and a room temperature food!

   The food was good and the service was excellent. A bit pricey for small plates and the appetizers. Lighting could have been better.

    Of course it was the best. Our waiter Ronaldo was amazing he made our night outstanding we will definitely be back.
