   Our son was visiting from New York for his birthday and commented on how the quality and service is constant and never disappoints. The dining experience from the ambience to the attentiveness of the server is always excellent. It’s our go-to restaurant for all family special occasions.

   Napa Prime is my favorite place in the north for a nice dinner! We always come for birthdays and special occasions because it never disappoints. The service is impeccable, the ambiance feels regal, and the food is to die for! Will be returning as soon as possible!

   Not a single detail was missed. My friend ordered a drink, I ordered a Mocktail. Both were absolutely delicious! We ordered the muscles for an appetizer. I got the specialty salad. Both dishes were timed absolutely perfectly so that we could digest a little bit before eating the next course I had steak, she had a salmon, and we shared brussels sprouts, and potatoes, and everything was cooked to absolute perfection. Delicious! And whomever the gentleman was that was the manager, made sure to check on us and really was helping out his staff as well! The entire night made me nothing but impressed and able to relax!

   Jessica was our server, and for the second time. She’s incredible at her craft and it’s clear how much she cares about the work she does and the guests she serves. I’ve never had a bad experience at Napa Prime, but last night took the cake. The food was perfect, the experience was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Every staff member that took care of/ interacted with our table went above and beyond. Thank you all for making our night one to remember!

   For the price, the food was nothing special. Raw egg in my Cesar salad was not inviting. Sauces for the steak was average at best. Brussels sprouts not great and either were the mushrooms. Service and atmosphere was excellent! Special touches for. Birthday dinner, excellent!

   Celebrated my Dad’s birthday. A little tricky to find the place, but everything was wonderful. Warm, cozy atmosphere, wait staff friendly and professional. The steaks and lamb were delicious.

   We normally LOVE Napa prime but unfortunately last night was a little bit of a bust. Our very sweet food runner accidentally knocked my nearly full martini over when placing our crab cake, thus covering myself, the table, and the floor. He immediately apologized and grabbed the manager then brought a new drink. He handled everything like a gentleman! The manager came over, gave us a card and said they would handle my dry cleaning. We finished out our meal, however when it was time to pay the martini was still on the bill. At this point my husband and I just wanted to head out and didn’t want to argue. Such a bummer for our two year anniversary at one of our favorite local spots.

    We’ve eaten at Napa multiple times and every single time has been amazing! Jess was our server (she’s waited on us a few times before) and she is just absolutely incredible!!! I can’t say enough nice things about her!!!!!!
