Had reservation from Open Table at 715. Got there and table want ready. Hostess said it would be a few minutes. Other patrons were let in ahead of us. Complained to Hostess and she got us a table but not until.20 min after our reservation.

Food: ordered calamari - good, fresh, wasn't overwhelmingly impressed pepporoni pizzas - delicious, a little oily, but yumm family caesar salad - disappointing aperol spritz - i ordered this and wanted to return it, was not good Service was bad. Which didn't make sense, the restaurant was not busy and there were a good amount of staff. I think it boils down to inefficiency and lack of initiative. Saw a lot of people waiting for good service. Would not go again.

We had a great day at Disneyland and finished our evening at Naples. The food and service were very good and it was a fun way to end the Disney experience.

Ordered a pizza with no cheese and extra sauce (lactose intolerant) it came out no cheese, no sauce! Asked for some saue so we could put on it ourselves, when it arrived it was stone cold!?!? Would not recommend.

Wouldn’t ever come back to eat here. The service was AWFUL, they add gratuity to the check so the servers don’t care about being accommodating or fast with anything. Took OVER 30 min for anyone to come to our table after being seated and through out the entire meal our server would forget things or just disappear and I’d have to get up and find someone that worked there to get help . Food wasn’t great either, overpriced for a pizza place. I’d go somewhere else our entire meal took OVER 2 hours, after we finished eating they’re cleared the table and didn’t come back with our check for almost 30 min.

Waitress and staff are very kind. Food is good but for the price you pay, even for a small group, I would expect better or comparable to other restaurants at that price point outside of Disney.
