   I love going to this place. Have been there for both lunch and dinner. Each time, the waiters were very attentive and the food was delicious. Can't wait to go back.

   Service from Sofia was great. Made a few tries at the wine list, but ended up doing a round of Negroni’s for the table….outstanding cocktails. Wanted a lighter dinner so had the meatballs and the beet salad…..which was just an amazing dish. Highly recommend. Would go back again.

   There aren’t many places I’ll drive to St. Charles for but Napoli III is it. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Service is always impeccable and I always walk (or waddle) out after having an amazing meal that I’ll wake up thinking about for weeks afterwards. My favorites: arancini, Napoli salad, the meatballs, tagliatelle bolognese and agnolotti cacio e pepe. Cheesecake and tiramisu are also must haves. Don’t forget to see Trey behind the bar!

   Napoli III is outstanding! It offers a beautiful, vibrant setting. Our server, Olivia, was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The additional service staff was visible and helpful, as well. Our food was incredible. A manager came by our table on two different occasions to check in with us. It was one of the best overall dining experiences we have had in a long time. Highly recommend!

   We have been going to Napali III since it opened. Our server, Brandon was excellent. This is the first time we've been disappointed in the food. My salad was overdressed and soggy. The entree/dessert portion were quite small. Hopefully this was an just an off day. We will try again to see if this is a trend.
