Food was good and our waitress was excellent. Just really odd that we were one of only 2-3 tables with people! Must pull a big convention crowd given its location, as it was surprisingly NOT busy during Spring Break. Wished for a livelier experience, but food was delicious and our kids enjoyed it.

I think this place has potential but the day we were there they only had two wait staff for the whole place. We waited forever for our order to be taken, to get water and to get our food. This wasn't the fault of the waiter, he worked really hard and apologized every chance he got. As the night went on more help seemed to arrive. The menu they have online looks amazing, but it isn't the menu they have available. While they were willing to make anything we asked for, the majority of our party order off the current menu. We ordered the salmon explosion and tuna explosion, which each cost about $13. We were really disappointed when they came out. They should have only been $7 as they were just a normal hand roll with with the thinnest sliver of fish on the outside of the roll. And another member of our party order off the online menu and really enjoyed it, but they forgot to bring out the miso soup we had ordered. The place looked nice and had a very good crowd.

Over an hour to receive our food. The restaurant staff were clearly having problems since they were arguing many times. The waitress was very nice with us and we understood it was not her fault. She was very apologetic. I do not recommend this place. There is nothing worst than waiting and waiting for ones dinner. When it finally arrived over an hour late, it was not as we had ordered it. With the poor service and experience at this restaurant, it is clear this place will not be around much longer. What a shame.

Even though it's on I-Drive, in the Orlando Eye complex, it's kind of hidden away at the far end of the development. Possibly as a result, there were few people there when we visited on a Wednesday, which is a shame, because it's a very good place. We both had the Table Gourmet course, which is a great deal. There were many different items, all well prepared. Although you could get "seconds" on many of the items, the original offering was almost too much to finish. The sashimi in particular was very fresh, and sliced properly - not too thick or thin. Drinks were reasonably priced. Service was prompt and attentive, but not overly so. Hint: the parking structure for the complex is on the far side from the restaurant, but there are a few non-valet parking spaces next to the restaurant.

Worst Sushi I ever had. Tempura was like fish and chips, rice was greasy and fish was cut too thick. Cream cheese on everything. Not good at all

We have only been to Naru twice but each time for a special occasion. The food and service were superb. We sat once at the bar and once at a table, both times the various types of sushi were wonderful. It was not crowded on a Friday evening but as the word gets out I would not expect it to stay that way. I will be going back again.

If it wasn't for the fantastic live music I would have walked out. Poor service who really needs to step up their game. Tie this in with just mediocre food that takes forever and you will not last. Great location and great live music but Naru needs to seriously work on the rest!
